PILATES REFORMER 50/50: 50/50 is an invigorating fusion between traditional Pilates mat exercises. It is a full body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles while also improving muscle to fat ratio.
TONING: A full body resistance training using dumbbells, bars, bans and/or body weight.
GROUP X CLASSES INCLUDE:
CARDIO/TONE: A full body workout using bands, dumbbells, and steps to condition and tone including abs and stretching
FUNKIE/TONE: 30 minutes of fun, easy to follow dance moves to an energetic mix of funk. hip-hop, pop, oldies and new beats. 30 minutes of full body resistance training using dumbbells, bars, bands or body weight.
